Terms of Service

1. The service

AccordMix provides a browser-based live production studio and multistreaming relay ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the audio and video you broadcast through AccordMix. You grant us the limited technical licence required to receive, process, relay, and (where you enable it) record your broadcasts. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you stream and for complying with the rules of each destination platform.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to stream unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plan changes apply immediately with prorated billing. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
