Stream to AccordMix from OBS
AccordMix accepts RTMP from OBS Studio, vMix, and hardware encoders. Set it once. Your ingest server and stream key stay the same for every broadcast.
- 1
Open Stream settings
In OBS Studio, go to Settings › Stream.
- 2
Choose AccordMix
Set Service to AccordMix. If you do not see it, click Show all. On OBS builds whose service list predates AccordMix, pick Custom… and paste the server address from the table below instead. It is the same ingest.
- 3
Pick a server
Leave Server on Auto (Recommended).
- 4
Paste your stream key
Click Get Stream Key, or open your encoder setup page, and copy the key into OBS. Your key does not change between streams, so this is a one-time setup.
- 5
Go live
Click OK, then Start Streaming. AccordMix creates the session for you and the setup page confirms the connection.
Ingest servers

Recommended encoder settings
Choosing AccordMix in OBS applies these automatically. If you are on Custom…, set them yourself under Settings › Output.

- Video bitrate up to 6000 kbps
- Audio bitrate up to 192 kbps
Troubleshooting
“Failed to connect to server.” Some networks block outbound port 1935. Try a different network or a mobile hotspot to confirm, then ask your network administrator to allow outbound TCP 1935.
“Invalid stream key” or the stream is rejected immediately. Copy the key again from your encoder setup page, because rotating a key invalidates the previous one straight away. Paste the whole value, including everything after the ?.
OBS connects but nothing appears. Give it a few seconds; the setup page shows Connected once AccordMix is receiving your encoder.
